I got the Double Cash then was approved for the TYPremier 2 months later. YMMV defientely. My scores were about the same as yours. Check for PreQual before applying.

spg(instant approval 6700cl)

boa   travel reward(1700)&alaska (denial)

then amex delta is in pending casue one personal card one day by amex. call back next week and will definitely get approved(by reps).
