i have a freeze on al 3 and need to know which bureau they pull from

Citi pulled EQ and EX for me when applying for the DC.

Unless you have a super thick profile and history with Citi, single pulls are rare, Citi normally pulls 2, Eq and Ex for most though ymmv and TU is possible. They always pull Ex and Eq for me

When I applied for the Citi AAdvantage MC last year, EX was the only one I did not have a freeze on.  They pulled EX and I had an instant online approval.  They did text me a code to identify me.  Don't know if it helped, but I have banked with Citi for the past 8 years.

Right, Citi has always been a single puller IME (most times EX, sometimes EQ). 

OP, as suggested and based on collective DPs, I would thaw all 3 just to avoid any instances that could delay processing your application.

I stay in ga too and I applied for the citi double cash card last April and they pulled my Experian report.
