I have to say that Barclays and Synch seem to be the most consistent TU pullers.

I just got a walmart and barclays im in need of 1 more tradeline and my tu is 740 so

Us bank and 5/3 bank have all been tu only for me.

Chase just double pulled my TU/EX with a 719 TU. You might get lucky enough for them to lay off Experian with that TU score.

5/3 Bank CC is a pretty solid TU puller - they dont get a lot of attention on these forums, but Ive had one for years and years and I havent had any issues.
