venture X app

Pulled the trigger on venture x before the SUB goes away, woulnd't you know it, they want POI lol... I make around 400 or so, I used my typical 320 I have on my profile to not trigger a review, guess it didn't workSmiley Happy))

fico around 750 across the board, 11 inq on eq and ex, 17 on TU, util 1 %. Thankfully they're willing to take bank statements so I shoved them some statements from dec (14k deposits) jan (25k deposits) and feb (35k deposits) so I think they should be ok with that... if not I'll see where this goes monday!

Re: venture X app

Although you don't see it too often, there's been some DPs where Capital One, Citi, BoA, Chase, AmEx, FNBO, etc., can request for POI.

yeah, I'm aware, just saying I was hoping they wouldn't lol I wonder what really triggers a POI request in some vs others.

Discrepancies in the data provided by the applicant. Often times if you're self employed, that could be one factor (not always tho). Another potential one could be something that doesn't match up with the information or sources they have access. One resource (amongst a few) that Capital One tends to use is TheWorkNumber.

Re: venture X app

Good luck. Based on your three months of deposits puts your annual income at $296k only slightly lower than what you reported.

However no idea how they'll look at such huge swings in income.

thx, december is my vacation month, so I don't get much income hahaha.... I usually average around 40-50k (may-september) summer months and around 20-30 off season and december usually nothing (my statement cuts halfway through the month, so thats just half of what novembers income was, same with jan, was just first 2 weeks of jans income and so on) so i just use 320 since that's what i've been using.
