Need more data points. Are all your current cards maxed or have a high utilization?

Your sig also says you have 50 inquiries between your three reports. If this is true, you are seeking way too much new credit, and that's gonna spook just about everyone.

OP, posting your FICO score does little good.  Listing out as much profile data as possible about yourself is much more meaningful.

I wouldn't even put FICO score in the top 5 reasons of why a creditor would give out a CLI. 

There are people out there with perfect 850 credit scores that can't get CLIs; FICO score in and of itself means very little.

all cards 0 bal except cash rewards bbt  its 2000/8000 because of balance transfer i did to help my mom out with 

. 18 inquirys on tu  but if they hurt to bad looks like they would hurt my score.

Sync can be a little funny. They might be holding back as the change over is right around the corner. You should probably call the overseas number.

For some, Sync is a hard nut to crack and very mysterious with their ways.

After you get to a certain point, the inquiries stop hurting you. 9 was where I stopped getting dinged.
