why on earth do i keep getting denied a cli ,walmart

the problem is theyre still using the score when i was approved in feb  they may have giving up on doing the account reviews because 

cap 1 is taken over soon

yep ,big issue lol denied  ill just wait on cap 1 i think im blacklisted from walmart from when it was ge money
