I think the big thing you need to do is grow those cards. Having 4-5 cards with low CL is not as good as having 2-3 with higher limits. So work on growing those cards. What I would do personally is inflate your secured cards (the ones you can) to higher limits so it looks like you can handle the credit better just in general. Discover is a good one to do this with because when your card eventually unsecures, you'll most likely receive the limit you had that was secured.
