When you are approved for a Capital One card, they will let you know if that card is part of the Credit Step program and they will periodically send you emails reminding you of how long you have until you will receive the automatic CLI. Usually cards that start with a lower line of credit will be eligible for the step program. I guess it keeps you motivated....I was and it does pay off in the long run!
Ok, Thanks. I started with a April $500 CL and got increased to a $1000 In May. I must have over looked this information. Do you think I can find this on the site step program? I haven't even used the card besides for a $10 dollar purchase.
How am I suppose to use this credit card?
Should I use it for all my bills and pay it down and leave a small balance before the statement comes out?
Or, should there be a small balance when the statement comes out? I am new to the CC world and avoided them as long as I could.
Any input is apprecaited on the usage..
