Had a foreclosure in 2010 due to the financial fiasco of 2008. Like a lot of people. Got hit hard. Took ownership of my situation Dusted myself off. Fought my way back and by 2017, I purchased another home. Just refinanced that mortgage at 2.875% and was just approved for my Platinum card. Been chasing this one for a long time. I wanted to give everyone out there in the 500's hope. FICO is now at 805, but I have been there in the doldrums so I know how it feels. The key is to never give up. Keep scraping and fighting.
