Edited Subject title to stand out more 
Affinity Plus FCU here in Minnesota! Pre-approved me for an auto loan for $4000 about two weeks ago at 7.25% and bought my 2001 Chevy Monte Carlo High Sport for $3222 (had to put some work into it but still fair..lol). Applied online for a credit card a couple days ago, and followed up with a phone call today and was approved for $2000 at 13.9%. The CSR's have always been very nice to talk with and made sure I was taken care of 
DCU is right there also! They instantly approved me for $3200 on the platinum visa, and mentioned over the phone that I could upgrade to the rewards card once my rating was a little higher if I'd like to. I was initially declined on the auto loan, but after submitting feedback on how happy I was with the credit card a representative followed up with me and after talking resubmitted the auto loan to approve me even though I had a little better rate with Affinity Plus it was still nice of the CSR to do that
Northwest FCU has given me a $500 credit card, said I would need a co-signer for the auto loan, and declined me for a $1000 personal loan. I'm thinking of heading out from these guys pretty soon. I've heard several others here really liking them, but just not really working for me
