So...... I did a thing! Got out of the garden to do a mortgage refinance, went from 5.5% APR to 3.37% (yay)! Anywhoo, requested a CLI on my cash rewards 5/24, went from 700 to $2100. Didn't app for another cc, waited until I closed and funded my refi yesterday. Applied last night for the flagship, instant approval 25k, 8.99% APR! Didn't get the SUB but no worries, currently working on meeting sub on SO's CSR.

@Anonymous Indeed I am! You are to be commended, you did great! And I love how you did that perfectly, you got the card before the mortgage inquiry hits, because I'm assuming it was no more than 45 days since the first mortgage pull? So you got the benefit of the higher score for both the mortgage and the card! And you snuck in the CLI!

Well done and that's a great savings on the mortgage too! And that's an impressive SL! Congratulations!
