@Anonymous Wait a minute. So you got the 4 back in February and you just got another one now, so that makes 5+ the authorized user card?
You're sitting pretty now all you gotta do is let time work it's magic and when those fall off, you're going to be way up there.
I'm surprised you got the refi so easily with the recent accounts, but then again the recent accounts took away "too few" penalties and helped get you the score you have, LOL. I'm proud of you you have done so well. And in such a short time.
Plus you've got SP CLIs with most of your lenders. You chose wisely. 😊
@Anonymous Super Congrats on your Navy Fed success and your mortgage refi!!!
Thanks! The last mortgage inq was about 2 weeks ago. Thanks again for the coaching and tips. To say I'm happy is an understatement, this forum is the BEST!
BOOM go the guns while the Navy goes steaming along through another approval! Congrats!
YES!!! Congratulations that's awesome!
Grats to all your successes

No it goes by the first mortgage inquiry. Then any more for the next 45 days are de-duplicated and only scored as one.
However to my point, its 30 days after the first one before the score loss for the inquiry hits. So by applying for the Navy before 30 days passed from the first mortgage inquiry, you were able to take advantage of the higher score.
And by the way you're very welcome. I'm delighted to hear of your success.
YOU...REALLY...
