Amex 3x CLI question

I just entered the garden so wanted to know if requesting a CLI from Amex would be a SP.

If it is, has anyone has success requesting a CLI with a starting limit over $10K?

Yes, it's a sp.  There's a thread on 3x CLI with information on CLI's with various amounts.  I'd suggest reviewing the thread in its entirety.
