Amex Green Card

Finally got approved for the American Express green card . I'm surprised 8 inq on EX and score of 644 . I didn't get instant Approval I received this , "We are excited that you've decided to apply for the American Express Green Card, and we're reviewing your application now. We promise to let you know when we're finished, or if we need more information. Called for recon they asked me two questions . Am I a military vet and am I willing to wait 7-10 days for the card and I was approved with a NPSL
