I just looked back at my master spreadsheet. I was actually at 3/6, 4/12, and 12/24 before applying. I've been aggressively expanding my card portfolio (and collecting SUBs) since COVID. I was a little worried about this, but it seems to have worked out. I didn't even receive a lowball limit or bad APR (actually, they're all bad).
But I have a decently aged profile (even if it's weighted heavily towards accounts in the past three years), a mix of credit types, a low utilization (<1%), and a decent FICO. Your experience may vary.
