Hi Guys,
I submitted two apps:
Any idea what "No preset spending limit" means and what are the chances of Chase approving the app?
Credit stats before submission:
PS: I am using Chase as my primary bank from past year, Freedom CC in very good standing and continuous use.

Congratulations on your approval!!
No preset spending limit can be a bit ambiguous. While you have no limit per se on your Gold Card, Amex does have internal limits which looks like it's $10K for you. I haven't checked my limit but I'd be trouble if I charge whatever my limit is on my Amex charge card right now. ![]()
With your Amazon Chase card, if you are under 5/24, I think you should be okay. Good luck!
Based on the data points on here, majority of the cases it took around an hour to a week for the status to change so I decided to wait a week and kept calling the automated line to check, if the status got changed from 30 days to something else.
I got an email today(after 4-5 days of submitting app) which stated I was APPROVED for Chase Amazon Prime with SL: $5k, upon logging into my chase account, I saw the new card's limit was $6.5k.
I would like to thank the community for providing great tips and data points!!!

Congrats on the approvals!! Enjoy them!!! 👏🏻
Hey Guys,
I came across Sam's Club MasterCard, it is issue by Synchrony Bank. I heard they pull from TU, which still has no hard inquiries from the other applications, do you think its a good idea to add this card to the App Spree as well or should I wait it out a few months??
Do you think banks can close the cards once they see so many accounts opened recently on the credit report (soft pull going onwards? not sure if banks can/will do that)?
Thanks
PS: I still have my beginner JCPenney card from them issued around 3 yrs back with limit $600.

Congratulations on your Amex Gold and Amazon Prime Visa approvals!
Grats!

Just pulled the trigger and got APPROVED with temporary SL: $2.5k as well.
HP/Score: TU/500+(300-620) - not sure which score model was used
