Oh ok, yep that makes sense! In time you'll probably get there without even asking for it. NFCU really takes good care of people!

Yeah I think mine was just because of the income since the rep didn't even know I was approved. I was one of the first approvals back in August though so it could also be that they have seen have I manage my cards for 7ish months. Most lenders will open the floodgates even with low usage if given enough time to build trust.

Really made me smile :-) Enjoy that CLI,
Cheers
Yeah it's the exact number I was wanting to get so I'm totally thrilled!
WS, Citi, Target, and DCU are on notice - I don't want any cards under $2K when I apply for my Cash+ in October. If I don't get some CLIs I'm going to go chop happy. 😂
Not sure, But I think US Bank marches to a beat of it's own drum on Cash+ SCL's ..
Yeah but with 0/12 and 780+, no balances carried, and 6 months with a US Bank checking account in addition to no other cards below $2K, I would think $2K+ is in the realm of probability.
I wouldn't care if they gave me $1K, I just want to have the best chance of not getting hit with a low limit and the cards I listed aren't really that valuable with low limits.
What I meant was, I do not think they even look at "other" limits
and yes $2000.00 is not out of the realm of possibilities.
I know they have tightened the purse strings .. and I just have not seen enough DP's lately.
Ah I see!
Well... I still don't want cards under $2K if I can avoid it lol. I mean WS, DCU, and Rewards+ would be purely for BT offers so those would ideally hit $5K+ and Target is a card I don't really need. If it's going to hold down my average, I would rather cut it loose.

They are definitely one of my favorite financial institutions.
By the way if you're on mobile, put your browser in desktop mode and you can quote people.
Great news!! Congrats!

Two nice approvals, @Anonymous, but not surprising with your pristine scores. Congrats!
You know what's crazy about that EQ9? EQ still has my BK on it. 🤯
Congratulations!!
Congratulations on your CLI's! 👍
Appears Apple is loosening up on their CLI's recently. Congrats.. Assume it is still a SP on TU? What was your 09 score or did it mention it?

It's still a SP. They didn't give me my score but if you look at EQ9 at 783 with my BK on there, I can't imagine TU9 not being somewhat higher.
