Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
A lot of nice additions to your profile, especially that Safe Federal pickup.
Congratulations on your successes!

Because they're all Synchrony cards. And synchrony will CLD or close your entire portfolio on a whim for credit seeking behavior, and when they strike they hit your ENTIEE portfolio with them. Think Death Star laser. "As if multiple cards all suddenly cried out in terror, and were suddenly silenced."
Congratulations on your approvals! They say that over the gates of hell are these words "abandon hope, all ye that enter in". I think Cap1 has those same words of advice for card members 😜
I have had Citi for decades. Citi always has been on the conservative side with limits. You will rarely see high limits like Chase or BofA gives. Their increases, when they give them, are small also. They haven't upped my Costco card in years. Every time I hit the submit button the answer comes back declined and they say something like, we have given you a CLI. Well yes, but that was years ago. I'm convinced there is a bug in the system with me. Oh well. And I have never been able to recon a CLI turn down decision.

Im going to take a shot and assume this is a response to Finstar. In the main CC forum over the last several months there have been postings of people getting their Synch accounts shut down for this kind of activity (opening a new card then going for a run of CLIs on the ones they do have already).
I hope they don't do that to me. I have been working too hard! 😡 Should I be concerned???
I've been working my butt off; I hope they don't do that to me.
Congratulations on your approvals![]()
The only advice I have on the Citi card "CLI", is to wait 6 months and try again.
Congrats on the CLI

1) please use the quote button, so people know who you're talking to...
2) Just let those mature for a few months before pressing cli buttons and you'll be fine. There are lots of horror stories from Synch on here. There are also success stories. Just be careful with them. Like you've said - you've worked too hard to let them f' it up like that.
