Well, that was much to do about nothing. Finally got tired of waiting and decided what the hell. Applied online for 3xCLI (61 day + some 
) and was instantly approved!
Grats me. My new CL is 6k. That makes 3 cards over the 5k barrier (25k NFCU, 5.4k Walmart Discover and 6k AMEX Delta).

Thanks. I was agonizing over it and finally decided enough was enough I just had to bite bullet and see what happened. I changed how I was thinking about it. I figured the fact I hadn't been SP in almost 2 months on such a new account meant that they didn't see any problems and that was why they haven't pulled me recently.
I guessed right as the instant approval indicates. It's a long way I've come from being denied back in March and the triple pull approval in September.

Yup. In last 30 days I've gotten 32.6k in new credit and CLI on a total of 3 cards (well actually 32.9k. I forgot about $300 auto-CLI on cap1 secured card).
