Auto CLI from Discover!

Just got this email tonight.  After most 3 years with them (it'll be exactly 3 years next month), they've finally increased my limit to $20k.   My CL went like this, starting limit $10k > $7.5k > $5.5k > $20k (current).  My FICO score at Discover is currently at 737.

Did the CL actually decrease twice and then go from 5.5 to 20K?

If so, that is amazing.
