Synchrony pulled EX, which I was unable to unfreeze due to a recent change of address (bought my first house, woot!), so my app was pending. Called the provided number, and they happily gave me the choice of which other bureau to pull. Didn't matter to me, so they did TU, and I was approved for $6,500. Extremely courteous, professional woman on the phone. I order almost all my business equipment from B&H, so this card will make a big difference.
