I will say, try again or call. Maybe they changed policy since I got the card but I bet you can get it by trying again. I have to contact them 5 times (secure message, chat, 3 phone calls to different numbers) to finally get my AF removed after card graduation and also got my APR down to 16.99% before the year was up.

Initially, I got declined for an unsecured card and I received the letter, pretty much FICO score and the fact that I have a $2.5K charge off with BOA that is due to fall off April of this year. Is it good that I got this card? Maybe, eventually, it will graduate?
