WOW. So I just got off the phone with Barclays customer service and thank God I called. I initially called to see if I had any offers for APR reduction. The rep said I did and she would transfer me. Once the new rep picked up he said he could offer me 14.9 from my orinignal 18.9. I said yes please. Then, he said I also see you have an offer for CLI would you like me to go ahead? I said DUH. He said they increased my credit by 4K. THEN, he said he could also offer me 0% on purchases until September 2017!!! This is an Arrival Plus WEMC. I've had it about 1 1/2 years now. It started at 10k and is now at 20k. Not bad. Barclays is awesome.
You made out like a bandit! Congrats to you. Proves calling for an APR reduction is the best route

If it is offered on your account, then it is a SP for sure

I think around 6 months, but I would call around 4 months, and each month there after to see what is available.

Been a memeber of Barlcays JetBlue Mastercard since August.
I actually tried to do this.. First called to question a transaction, then asked for APR Offer reduction, was transferred to Credit Analyst, Lowered my APR from 25.5 to 23.3. Then asked if I have any other offer such as CLI. He gladly said I did, he asked about my income and upped me from 9K to 11.5K!
Wow!! Extra $2,500!!
No harm to try.. Also it was SP inquiry..
