Well, it's not like you are unable to use the card for those 2-4 weeks. You just keep using it and they mail out the Signature in that timeframe. There's no interruption or anything, so no real reason not to upgrade, unless you just don't care about Signature (which is understandable).

HP for first CLI today, not for the second one.. Sorry if I confused you.  Hit them up for two today on same card as button didn't go away.. Still there, although I am happy with 7400 from 1k CL in 3 months

Side note, if you need a World Mastercard, they are good about switching networks. I think you have the Sallie Mae, so you might not need. I did this so I could pay my car registration and water/sewer bill though the town website so I didn't need to mail a check or go in person.
