Despite being a PR member, I never get stuff like that with my CCR card. Not sure if it is because it was a forced conversion from a card they don't offer anymore, or maybe because I don't actually have any credit card balances to transfer.
Maybe they will offer me cool stuff on my new Susan G Komen card.

They don't always send out mailers. Try logging in online and select your CCR under Accounts and then the Activity tab. Look along the right side to see if you have a BT offer, something iike this:
