I just passed six months since my last CITI CLI on my AAdvantage Executive WEMC so I thought I'd try for another. Approved for an additional $7K, bringing my CL up to $42.5K.
This is a very nice increase for the past six months, especially given that my spend has only been light since meeting the $5,500 spend for the SUB. And apparently, this was a soft pull. I requested through the mobile app and just updated my income and housing data. I'm pleased and grateful.
I was a little concerned that it might be denied since I have added (two) personal credit cards and (2) hard EX pulls since my application last October. CITI is known to frown on credit-seeking activity and to deny CLI based on that metric.
(Here) is my original approval for $30.5K and (here) is my first $5K CLI approved at about one month, albeit with another hard pull.
Combined with my CITI Costco ($43K), this raises my total CITI exposure to $85.5K, just behind my total exposure with AMEX ($95K), Bank of America ($99.9K), and Chase ($144.4K).
In other credit news, I've been focusing spend for SUBs for the past few months on my 02/23 Chase IHG (met); 03/23 AMEX Hilton Surpass (almost met); and 03/23 AMEX Marriott Business. And plotting my next moves ... heh heh heh. lol ![]()

congrats on the cli
Congrats on the CLI

Outstanding from the start, congratulations on the CLI and growth!
