This was interesting. Did the online CLI request and they made me call in. Connected at midnight to a USA Rep who manually reviewed my request and asked why I needed it. Told them I was buying a new house and planned on furnishing it. Then they asked how I planned to do payments and I told him all my cards have zero balances. Went from 6k to 10k immediately after call. Interesting process.
