I called on Sunday right after approved online and asked them to expedite the card.  It arrived via UPS today!

Did you have any prior relationship with the bank? Checking/Savings Accts?

 I previously had a mortgage serviced through them for about a year before it was transferred and a checking account years ago, but nothing currently with them.
