Cap 1 Auto CLI. *no lie*

I signed into my Cap 1 account to pay my bill, and encountered a screen saying I had a limit increase. First, I pinched myself. Second, I opened my spread sheet to verify. 

They upped my Qucksilver from $7,500 to $12,500. (My platinum is still stuck at $2,500). But I can confirm, Cap 1 *does* auto-CLI (not often, but someimes).

Note: This card does get most of my genreal heavy usage. I usually run around $600/mo on it, for my own stuff, and occasionally spiking around 2k, when buying things for family/friends for friends/family discount from work.
