Cap 1 CLI !!!

My 3rd statement cut yesterday on my QS One so I decided to see what they would offer.  Prior to today they offered a $250 increase.  I declined.  Today they offered a $5000 increase.  Accepted!  Pretty happy about going from $3k to $8k in 3 months.  Should still get credit steps in a few months as well.

If Capital One gives an early CLI, do they still always give the credit steps increase at the 6 month mark? Obviously if account is in good standing and all payments made on time.
