CapOne EO CLI

Special thanks to coldnmn and daybreakgonesXe for their helpfull critques of my email. 

 

I logged onto Capital One and saw my Quicksilver MC that had been at $750 for 3 years finally got a CLI to $3000...I just found out that NFCU is matching the Quicksilver rewards starting tomorrow on my cashRewards card so I think it will still remain in the SD...However it is still nice to get something from them.
