Hi all,
I wanted to make an urgent purchase of something from a local store offer. I looked up my credit karma profile to find a card i had good aprroval odds for. They suggested Capital One quicksilver, i found out that it gives card details on approval. I was more then haapy. YAY!! (if i get approved ofc).
I signed up and got instant approved for 3k limit. Which was more then enough for me.
Now i installed both Capital One Mobile and Wallet app, but cant see to find any such details.
So all those websites are wrong?

If you wanted to make an urgent purchase your either don't need the item or you should pay cash...congrats on the approval though.
You USED to be able to do something like that with Cap One Wallet app. However they have discontinued the app. I'm not sure what would happen if you were to call in. YMMV greatly.

Yeah, last year when I added a Venture I already had the app, and they added the new Venture to it automatically and I got the card number that way (and was able to add it to WalMart Pay until I got the plastic card).
I think that only worked because I already had an account with them (and the app installed), though.
@Anonymous, don't worry, the card will arrive before you know it.
Edited to add: Almost forgot... congrats!
Amex will give you card details immediately. Be sure to have a pen handy because you only have a couple minutes to jot it down. I am thinking if you were approved for the Quicksilver and not the Quicksilver One you have a good shot at Amex. Go for the ED, BCE or Delta Gold...DeltaGold being the easiest to qualify for. YMMV
