Stats: At time of app balances on 2 of 16 cards with 4% overall util. Was a double pull EX & TU no inquiries on either in the past year, less than 5 in two years. Fico 08 was 798 & 807.

Alright, let's try this again. Apparently, I am not allowed to criticize Chase here and my first response got erased.
So just my sincere congrats on the approval. It is a nice card with a usable CL

I had a pretty negative experience recently with a Chase application, as well. Oh, well. They're just one bank.
But at least you got a nice card and a decent limit out of it. Congrats!
