Had success with Chase recon ( 888-270-2127) for my Sapphire card bringing total SL to 7k! I had noticed a request on my phone to increase limit- got the unable to approve your request. Called in and the first person seemed to genuinely think I wanted a new application for a new card- was transerred to a very helpful woman, who asked me some income questions, put me on hold for 5 minutes, and came back and said she can " get this bumbed right now"
I had a balance on the card due to some final expenses for a relative passing away, but PIF two weeks ago, otherwise the card only sees about 500 dollars of spend on a good month
Credit scores now hovering 699 EX, 704 TU, and 680 EQ

Thank you- shoulded have added the DP that I have checking and savings, and recently opened a Chase Private client account with them, so that may have helped
