The first time that I called to combine limits, they told me that they don't do that. I had to press the issue and asked them to speak to a supervisor to confirm. Once they talked to someone else, they came back and appologized and said that they do it, but that they'd have to transfer me to someone else to make it happen. I agree, I'd rather hear a "let me check" and have a brief wait, than to have them guess at the answer.
