Disco Love!

I haven't asked for a CLI from Miss Disco for quite a long time mostly because when I was asking... they weren't very receptive, so I just stopped asking....  Prodded by an inquiry from @NoMoreE46 I went on over to Discover and hit the love button on the red card... Instant approval for double the limit from $3500 to $7000.... the other card, I didn't ask. It's not used very much, but mostly because I didn't want to push my luck, not even for science... Maybe next month.

Relevant DPs 

• Monthly spend on this card is consistently around 60%
• Paid down to 0 before statement cuts
• SP approval

@ptatohed yes they're both Cash Back... The only difference is the spruce card was originally approved as a BT card with an extended BT window of 18 months or something different than their regular offer (I think, don't really remember) but I never used it for that. Otherwise it's the same as the other CB card. I also don't remember why I thought it was a good idea to get a second Disco

@JoeRockheadCongrats on the CLI!  When you orginally applied for the BT card, was it from a 3rd party link? I've seen the BT card (always defaults to that spruce green you mentioned), but only on 3rd party sites like CK among a couple others.  It's always with that extended BT offer in place of a 0% for 12 months on new purchases that I've seen on the regular Cash Back.  On a side note I'm glad you referred to it as the Cash Back card and not "It".  There seems to be a tendency to refer to all of the current varieties as just "It" instead of It Cash Back, It Chrome, It Student Cash Back  etc.  It's really insignificant but it has somehow become a pet peeve of mine.

@Zoostation1, while I can't recall what the details of the offer were at the time, I do know I applied for the second (spruce) card directly through Discover.
