Discover CLI Data Point

Approved for Discover IT at $2,500....

2 Weeks before my 3rd statement cut hit the LUV button and was approved for a CLI of $500.

The day after my increase I did a balance transfer of $800 onto my Discover Card to take advantage of 0% for 12 months.

The day after my balance transfer I saw an auto CLI of another $500.

Bringing my total CL to $3,500

Is this usual or unusual to get another CLI  2 days after the first one?

I think you pressed the button just before they planned on giving an auto.
My Discover was given a auto 1000 increase at the 2.5 month mark and a day after I pressed the luv button and got an additional 500. Tried again a month later and was denied to credit account being to new.
Will wait 60 more days and try again.

I would say unusual, but then again, everybody gets different cli cycles with discover!!! Lol
