I'm new to credit and my file is thin, so I wasn't sure what to expect when I applied for the Discover IT Cashback card on 5/16. It went pending, then I got a 4506-C request. I chatted with Discover on 5/29 to see what was going on, and they asked me to call them.
Called / Verified: They approved me for 5K!
I didn't know much about US Bank, but I applied for their GO card because it fit my spending. I was pretty sure I was going to get denied because they're known for being conservative lol.
I recieved a text asking if I applied and to call in, They then told me they'd need 2-3 days more to verify. Later I received an email saying I was approved for $10,000! My P2 added me to there cards as a AU so I'm 1000% sure that helped
