I've never been able to get a SP with them over the phone. I don't even have the option through the website.
Thinking of letting one or two of my TLs with them die on the vine.
Basically let them close them out for none usage.
interesting we have same issue with them while others gets sps every 4 monthish.. Different profiles but not a too much credit thing s njoy and other heavy hitters get them without pause shrug
Congrats on CLI! ![]()

@Anonymous wrote:credit_is_crack appreciate the data points. New to FNBO with eight months of history and was denied an increase at six months (requested by phone). So ... I will dig in and try again at nine months and start being vigilant on credit limit increases. Spent $2396 over eight months.
Same... hoping they open up soon as well as been no no no.. Think I am coming up on 10 or 11 months with the card now... Spend has certainly not been high though only about 500-1000 through card.. Suppose I can pump a few k one month to get their attention if I don't get a sp cli from a call in soon
Its tricky with FNBO because before I got it and still now, there aren't many DP's on it so a lot of us are just wondering in the wild lol it's hit or miss with them. Like you said, spend a few bucks on it and see if they wink your way

Thanks Gmood! I've read in a few spots where some folks don't have the CLI option anywhere, which is odd. I did read somewhere that maybe some of their cards are managed by different parts of the bank itself? I have nothing supporting it though. Mine does have the option online but it's pretty straightforward with the HP process.
Under the 'show more details' sign on the main page. Bottom right corner it has "limit increase"

Once I click that it goes to a form. The bottom of the form is what keeps me away from the online button lol

@Anonymous, feels a lot like BofA. Either they love you or they want to make it a bit annoying lol My BofA experience was the opposite - they made me earn it
Maybe they are similar to PenFed where you get 'tagged' based on your profile from the first application? I joined here when my report was totally free of the negative stuff. For DP's I have:
@Gmood, you're a few notches ahead of me there. It's from 6/09/18 so not sure when next update goes thru but I'm sure mine will take a little dip to punish me for having a good time with my credit lol

Could be tons of new accounts or a few bad items on reports, but as stated doesnt stop alot of other heavy hitters such as njoy and others that get the regular CLI's.. Also could be card or whom knows. Scores could play a factor but still well within their score ranges although not as high as yours 730's is my score they have also income is sufficient as well as DTI. Really not enough DP's on FNBO on this forum on what they look for but certainly more than a reocurring netflix type thing I give them monthly
.. Betting it is my spend more than any other thing as why when I have a 7k CL and use on a "typical" month 20-30 do I need more lol.. I have the MLIFE and havent used it in vegas or a property their yet.. As stated I will do a test in a month or two and throw 2k on it and see if that jolts them and just do a PIF. 7k Certainly isnt hurting my profile, just one of my lower cards and wonder why i dont get the SP CLI's although as stated suspect it is the spend which I cant blame them for
Some interesting comments on FNBO. Went on a "search and destroy" mission seeking any information that might help with our analysis of FNBO data points and cannot find much on FNBO. Since they used to pretty much restrict access to their products (except by invitation) to their bank marketing foot print, I wonder if that is why our data points are in short supply? Sure would like to get a sense for their rules of the game. Interesting that some of you don't have the "credit limit increase" on line option? Tried mine and it only said I had no options (after I had used a telephone call seeking a CLI from a Rep). We need to keep our ears to the rail and see if someone comes up with info. Seems we are like a dry sponge looking for a spill of water ![]()
