FNBO Pre-qual page (Approved)

So for shiggles I decided to try the FNBO pre-qual page and it pre-qualified me for a starting limit of $15,000. I didn't accept as the apr was 25%. Is the pre-qual page even real, I got the link from here on My Fico. The card was the Evergreen Rewards Visa Card and it offers 0% apr for 12 months. 

I was just wondering 

Was told they will give me a decision in 2-4wks yesterday. This morning I checked the app status page and I was approved for $14,000.

I used it twice. First time with credit freezes on all 3 CRAs. Denied.

A day or 2 later I removed all 3 freezes and was preapproved for $11,300 @Anonymous+% apr so I continued and was approved for that amount at same APR. 

I do have the FNBO Scheels card.

My scores are in the 790-810 range. FNBO pulled Experian of course. Seems all banks pull that one now. This makes 5/12 on EX for me.

Applied last night and was given 2-4wk notice. I checked the app status page this morning and I was approved for $14,000, my biggest SL ever.  Some DPs

SL - $14,000

Apr - 25% but the first year is 0% apr (after the first year I'll PIF every month.) 

Pulled Exp - 678

Income - $85,000
