Getting a CLI with Discover is like pulling teeth

After being turned down for increases since last June ($3k increase), they finally decided to let me get in on the action. Their rejection reasoning has always been low credit line use in previous months (Spotify auto charge unless it's a 5% category). Maxed out the 5% category in May with some auto repairs, and now have been using it as my daily driver restaurant card. Regardless, $500 is $500! Maybe they would've done a bigger increase if I had waited a month or so, but I'll take it

Grats on getting your latest move upwards

Disco is fickle a hundred to a few hundred a month was always good for me to get a nice move upwards with them. I dont ask anymore as I had it CLD to 15K and locked at that level.

@gdale6 Yeah, $15k is where I'm trying to land overall. I don't see them giving much after that, but it never hurts to try!

I ditched Discover back in February for their refusal to give me one over the course of 11 months from the date my card became unsecured.
