If you have to go secured I recommend the Discover It Secured. You actually get rewards on it. Next best thing would be the US Bank Secured since once it releases you can PC to a US Bank Cash+. Overall I recommend looking at your profile closely and trying to hop directly to the Cash+ if you can.
