I called the Credit Card EO that Credit Addict posted, but the lady said I had the wrong number, so she transferred me to the EO.

I haven't gotten the phone call yet, but I just checked the app status page and it went from denied to:

I am so excited! I don't even care about the low starting limit, I can garden and ask for a CLI in 6 months!

Definitely request a CLI whenever you see something in your account saying that they won't pull a credit report. That's the occasional SP CLI that Citi from time to time will offer. Otherwise it's a HP if you request for more.
