eI have a JCP store credit card with a 15K limit. Called credit solution about an hour ago to ask for limit increase from 15K to 18K Gave person on the phone all the info he ask for in less then 30 second, was your account can't get an increase at this time you will get a letter in 7 days. I ask the guy if he could take another look he said no. I hung up the phone and called back five mins later and spoke to another guy who ask all the same questions over this time I was told please hold on it is going to take about five mins to look over your credit report he came back on the line said your new credit line is now 18K. What heart ponder this was, one guy just said nothing I can do another person was so nice and got credit line increase.
