i had had mine upgraded last month. When your account is in transition, you will not be able to access your account via telephone. It will not reconize your

account # nor the last 4 of your social.

go ahead and call the automated system, if it gives you access then the transition is complete and it will give you your amex limit.

also when I got my card, there was an offer I closed, if you spend $150 within a certain time, you get $20 statement credit.

it is a lot of fun to go to kohls and buy stuff and instead of sliding your own card, hand it to the cashier. Making sure your thumb is

covering the Amex logo while holding it out to give to the cashier. lol just wait the response.

They wouldn't increase my $1,500 limit upon activation without a HP.mive tried 3 times already. They told me to wait 6 months and the system may generate 

a SP CLi for me by then. I've just been using it for fast food as I'm currently using Sallie Mae & QuickSilver as my main cards .the BCE is going back in the night stand next week. Lol

ohh good thing i didnt push on an increase already. i will wait 6 months and see whats up by then. i dont even know where i will use it still.. i think it will be for all retail merch. lol
