They wanted a HP from me for my first so I declined. Waiting for the 61 day mark to see if that changes
It was a soft pull. I called in and spoke with a csr and asked if they could soft pull my report. She asked me for an amout I would like. I didn't want to push it so I said $5000 and they countered with $4000. The second time I hit te luv button and asked for $10,000 and it countered with $7000. Both soft pulls. I hope this helps!
