SunriseEarth,
I know I've read on another post that inquiries can take up to 24 hours to post to your CR... I could be totally wrong, but it seems that way as I subscribe to multiple credit monitoring services, seems like after someone runs my credit I don't get the alert to the following day sometime.
Anyways, I am seeking for info on recons, I'm not looking for them to full my credit again, just a human to human response. I've heard of CCs where the CR on file is good for up to 30 days for a recon.
Based on some very helpful responses, I've apped for just 2 more cards:
Chase Freedom - Don't know if I'm approved or denied, will be notified via mail, or they will contact me to verify information.
Navy FCU Cash Rewards Visa - Instant approval for $24k! I heard they're very generous with initial CL, seems like that's right.
I also contacted Discover to find out the limit, got $7k!
All in all, I'm satisfied with my app spree and will forego an initial recon. It's pretty good considering my score was 580 less than a year ago.
Thanks fellow MyFICO forum members.
Congrats! Thanks for sharing.

Credit monitoring services aren't always that fast to update. If you were to pull your CR directly from the CRA, you'd see the HP. This is why people usually do the more INQ sensitive lenders first in an app spree. However, given all your approvals, it's a moot point.
IIRC, Chase will definitely HP if you recon the CL. I'm not sure about Barclay's, so someone else would have to comment on that, but given that Barclay's is notoriously INQ and new account sensitive, I wouldn't poke the bear with them, even if a CL recon wasn't an HP.
Congrats on additional approvals, BTW!
Grats on your initial & extended spreee, you got some very nice starting limits, good luck on the ones that have not been approved ![]()
Wow! Congratulations on all your success
Thanks everyone...
To Update, here's what CRBs the creditors pulled in Hawaii (HI):
Delta Gold SkyMiles AMEX - Just EX, last time they pulled all 3, I guess it was because my EX was much lower.
Hawaiian Miles Card (Barclays) - TU as expected.
Amazon Visa (Chase) & Chase Freedom - EX single pull for both apps it looks like.
Discover IT - EQ, I'm surprised I got $7k with a derog 6 months ago, and 3 in the last 12 months on EQ.
Navy FCU - EQ and TU, again surprised I got so much with those derogs.
congrats
