More intuition.. AMEX CLI

So I decided to take a stab at getting a CLI on my new Cash Magnet. Haven't even gotten the card yet.

What a fantastic little spree I've had! 3X CLI instantly approved!

I was VERY close to putting in a 4th app but I just don't want to have to deal with meeting 3 SUBs at once. I'll wait and see if BBVA gives me the increase I asked for. Even if they don't, my Savor One basically means I am good for 0% purchases until September next year so I'm gardening until at least then. I basically just gave myself $350 in SUBs which wipes out my PS4 Pro I purchased this weekend too.

Ah ha! ...this is makes you and I that I know of anyway, so far with a 3x CLI before getting the card.  The rep must have been correct and gave the right information...well, only 2 of us so I'll keep an ear out for others!   Congrats!

Thanks for the tip, I really didn't expect it to work.

I'm a bit nervous because it still says $1,000 on the app and site though. Hopefully it sticks!

I figured there had to be more than $1K on the table... I was kind of shocked that AMEX low-balled me so hard to be honest. $3K is much more reasonable.
