I don’t know much about Regions, got a pre-approval a few months ago but didn’t bite. Hopefully someone else can answer your question.

Nothing online about pre-quals for auto's etc.. If you can get an unsecured CC then a secured loan such as a car shouldnt be a problem assuming your have sufficent income, etc for said product. As mentioned secured things such as cars are alot safer to lenders then unsecured things such as CC's.
