@Anonymous wrote:First of, congratulations to me. I also want to thank all of those who have posted their positive experience with American Express, which actually encouraged me to apply for the BCE Card. The application process was very simple and straight forward. After I applied, I received a a "pending" message on the application status. Long story short, because my zip code falls under two cities, they wanted to varify that with me and after the verification, the CSR I was speaking with then congratulated and welcomed me into the Amex Family. I was approved for a CL of $3500 with a 691 Experian FICO score. I am extremely happy to finally have this card in my wallet. I now have a Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express - my credit card pursuit is now over.

Hey Y'all,
American Express did it again. After approving my app. for a BCE Card, I was told that the shipment will be expidited - I should receive my card in 2-3 business days. All this happened on November 24 and on the 26th, pricisely @ 6:40pm my door bell rang. I opened the door and there was Mr. Brown (UPS), calling out my name and handed me a package. Upon receiving the package, I knew it is my BCE - Lo and behold, it was my BCE card. It didn't stop there; my experience to activate my card was another ride on cloud nine. Hey, I dont care what the naysayers have to say, I think this is an exceptional showcase of Customer Service. Yes, I know there would be the not-so-good times, but as of this moment CS at Amex is uncomparable. KEEP IT UP AMEX!
Yes! Wtp!
